While overall translation-localization done by 8-4 is rather good, there were some liberties taken. This page lists the most significant of those. Keep in mind that using Japanese voices will not change English subtitles which are always a 1-to-1 copy of English voice track.

English:

9S: Uh, 2B? Little help here?
2B: Huh? You're the chatty one. Work it out.

Japanese:

2B....
Even if you say it [my name] like that [with that kind of voice], I can't help you.

Soul Box Scene

9S shouting posssessively in anger that those memories are "his and his alone" vs desperately referring to them as "his treasure". Which goes a long way since in Route B 9S learns that some machines had "treasures". Also, in Precious Things his memories of 2B are called his treasure.

That said, in A Long Story 9S did have possessive thoughts about 2B but that was after the events in Soul Box.

2B Opening Lines

The popular opening lines from the game told by 2B while being correct in general mention her wish to kill the God.

"I often think about the god who blessed us with this cryptic puzzle ..."
"... and wonder if we'll ever have the chance to kill him."

In Japanese, however, it's not as radical and means "to rebel against" and not straight up kill the God. Which is a throwback to The Myth of Sisyphus.
